Information pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 for the protection of personal data (GDPR)
Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), Eagle Pictures S.p.A. (hereinafter “Eagle Pictures” or the “Data Controller”) – with registered office in Via Ettore Romagnoli, 6 20146, in the capacity of Data Controller of personal data, in the person of the legal representative pro tempore, informs you that the personal data from you provided will be processed by Eagle Pictures itself using manual processing or electronic or automated, IT or telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes listed below and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
Purpose, legal basis and lawfulness of the processing
Personal data are processed by the Data Controller pursuant to art. 6 of the GDPR.
The specific processing purposes and the related legal bases are indicated below:
Purpose of processing: Sending of periodic newsletters for new films and/or initiatives not for commercial purposes.
Legal basis of processing: Consent.
Categories of recipients of personal data
The personal data provided and those relating to the execution of the contractual relationship may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories:
a) public or private entities, natural or legal persons, of whom the Data Controller uses to carry out activities instrumental to the pursuit of the aforementioned purpose
All subjects belonging to the categories to whom the data may be communicated will use them as "Data Processors" specifically appointed by Eagle Pictures, pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR or autonomous "Data Controllers".
The data will also be processed by Privacy Delegates, as well as by subjects specifically authorized to process by the Data Controller, pursuant to the GDPR.
The personal data processed by Eagle Pictures are not disclosed.
Non-EU transfers
For the pursuit of the processing purposes described above, the personal data provided may be transferred to the recipients indicated above in Italy and abroad.
Under no circumstances will your personal data be transferred outside the European Union.
Personal data retention period
The personal data processed by Eagle Pictures will be stored at the registered office of Eagle Pictures for the time necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship, as well as for that required by civil, fiscal and regulatory rules. Subsequently, the data will be archived until the limitation period established by law with reference to the individual enforceable rights.
After these deadlines, your data will be anonymized or deleted, unless it is necessary to keep it for other and different purposes expressly provided for by law.
Below is the detail of the duration of the data retention period for the purposes described above, or the criteria used to determine this period:
Purpose: Sending periodic newsletters for new films and/or initiatives not for commercial purposes
Categories of personal data: Name, surname and email address
Deadlines for cancellation: Request for cancellation by the interested party or 6 months of inactivity of the newsletter
Automated decision-making process For the pursuit of the processing purposes described above, no decision is made based solely on automated processing which produces legal effects concerning the interested parties or which similarly significantly affects them.
Rights of the interested party
Ai sensi e per gli effetti di cui al GDPR, agli interessati sono riconosciuti i seguenti diritti che potranno esercitare nei confronti di Eagle Pictures:
a) right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, in this case, to obtain access to the personal data and information provided for by the art. 15 and in particular to those relating to the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data in question, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, the retention period, etc.;
b) right to obtain, where inaccurate, the rectification of personal data concerning you, as well as the integration of the same where deemed incomplete, always in relation to the purposes of the processing (art. 16);
c) right to delete data ("right to be forgotten"), where one of the cases referred to in the art. 17;
d) right to limit processing, in the cases provided for by art. 18;
e) right to object to processing pursuant to art. 21.
These rights may be exercised through:
a) request sent by registered letter with return receipt. to the Data Controller at the following address: Via Ettore Romagnoli, 6 20146
b) via specific links included in the newsletter received.
Finally, we remind you that interested parties have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data or with another supervisory authority pursuant to art.13, par. 2, letter d) of the GDPR.
